- We provide a software application that enables case managers to create and manage closed-loop referrals - connecting those who need help to agencies who can give help
- We provide member organizations with tools to track & report referral outcomes - so agencies can better see and prove their impact, and no one falls through the cracks
- We facilitate strong, collaborative, supportive communities by enabling sponsors & advertisers to support the cost of membership and access to tools for nonprofits - eleviating burdens and empowering those who need help to find help - and those who provide help to give help
- We put healthy eating, active living, whole-person wellness, and emergency resources in the hands of the public, through our mobile app, this website, and fun community events
