HealthySC is passionate about improving the overall health and well-being of residents across SC by increasing equitable access to healthy foods, safe spaces for physical activity, and community health resources through coordinated, state-wide initiatives.

It also features a comprehensive community resource guide listing services and contact information for all HealthySC partners.
