What exactly is it that HealthySC does?
- A lot! We grow & maintain a statewide Resource Directory of owner-curated, up-to-date resources - so residents can find help fast
- We provide a software application that enables case managers to create and manage closed-loop referrals - connecting those who need help to agencies who can give help
- We provide member organizations with tools to track & report referral outcomes - so agencies can better see and prove their impact, and no one falls through the cracks
- We put healthy eating, active living, whole-person wellness, and emergency resources in the hands of the public, through our mobile app, this website, and community events
